The generally accepted industry standard seems to be 1 complaint per 1000 emails sent. I don't know Aweber's company standards, but you're probably safe if you stay under that number. And it has nothing to do with whether the mail is opened. The proper way to lower those it will depend on a few things.Author: Technito
