Absolutely disgusted with the service and "cover" provided by AXA Home Insurance. Our home was flooded by a burst water main through no fault of our own (thank you Southern Water) and our basement was submerged by nearly two feet of sewage infested water. AXA Car Insurance- NOT worth bothering.. In September 2019, I ahd to make my 1st insurance claim in over 30 years... Somone drove into the side of my car at a road junction - I was stationary, and it was clearly a "no-fault" incident - there was an independant witness who saw the whole thing unfold - and testified as such.

Jul 24, 2017 · So AXA are coming out the cheapest for me to insure with by a long way. Although i am really put of by the amount of reviews which state they have trouble claiming and bad customer service reviews. What are they like? I really do not want trouble claiming on something as important as a home to save a few quid
