When Babies R Us marks things down, they do it manually, and if you find something (like a shirt) with one price, you may keep looking & find the SAME thing with a higher price, and the register DOES NOT automatically charge the lowest price. I had 2 sweaters exactly the same- one was $7 and the other was $10.
