I also had another complaint last with BA and send an email to customer relations. They took 9.5 weeks to contact me and during that time you could not get through to customer relations. They have never told me why it took 9.5 weeks to reply and they closed the complaint down saying they were satisfied they had dealt with the complaint.

I have flown BA along with many other international carriers for last 15+ years, flying over 200k per year. What I state is fact and based on many year's observations, not just just one experience. BA needs to be very careful, as such poor customer service has led to the downfall of many businesses over the years.

Research indicates that customers prefer the person they are speaking with to instantly solve their problem.
