BUYER BEWARE!!! I would give 0 stars if it were possible. The website is beautiful; the trees are very pretty, and we were completely unaware of any bad reviews of Balsam Hill (this is on us; never again will we place an order of this magnitude without researching the company & reviews). The price of the our Balsam Hill tree was not too far out of line with most of the better trees we saw in retail stores and it certainly wasn’t the most expensive tree by any means. For us purchasing a Balsam Hill artificial tree was well-worth the money.
