I had the worst experience with Ola Cabs on Sunday 15th February 2015 . . I had to be at the Bangalore Airport at 5 am and had booked an Ola cab the previous day for a car to reach my residence at 4 am. The Ola driver called at 3 10 am and took the address, he called again at 3 50 and took more directions and did not arrive until 4 10 am.
