Mar 15, 2009 · Everyone that has had problems with TD Banknorth should contact their State Banking Commission and make formal complaints - I've learned over the years that banks (actually any large corporation) will skirt (and many times step over) the "legal" line and get away with it until they are confronted by legal action or fines.
