May 16, 2016 · I've been with basic isp for over a year and find their service to be incredibly slow and unreliable (even for dialup). Not only do they provide inferior dial up, they censor and block any e-mail who's content may offend their administrators. Yes these ### go in and read personal e-mail messages and block anything they deem politically incorrect.
