Nov 14, 2019 · Review: I bought a leather sectional from Bassett Furniture and within a year, the leather was peeling. Bassett replaced the sectional since the it was deemed a manufacture defect. 3 months after we received the replacement sectional, the leather started to peel again. It is the exact same problem as the previous sofa.

I contacted the extended warranty co. Guardsman to fix the tear in our leather sectional we purchased from Bassett Furniture back in 2009. I filled out all of the forms they asked of me. I had to call to follow-up after I hadn't heard from them in 6 weeks. Guardsman rep. explained it was a manufacturing defect and to contact Bassett to fix the problem.

I purchased Furniture from Bassett Furniture the wood is already rotting away and half the wood is not even stained and if it is stained it's all different colors stains. Also there looks like they cliped out pieces of the wood on some of the furniture where it should be totally flat and smoot
