Do not use Bathfitters. In my opinion they never finished the project to my satisfaction. The installation took three visits. My complaints meant five more visits. The shower pan was never installed on top of the vinyl flooring correctly. So now there is buckling on the floor. Not satisfied!2.5/5(62)

I had Bathfitters do an installation over my existing shower in 2007 to the cost of $5000. In 2018 the custom door they installed with the whole shower needed to be replaced. I called and was told the shower door wasnt covered it would cost $125 to replace it!
