May 15, 2017 · The Residential Tenancy Branch does not have an office on the Sunshine Coast. The Government Agent in Sechelt does not answer questions about tenancy disputes but can scan paperwork and mail it to the Residential Tenancy Branch office in Burnaby. Photos cannot be scanned and must be mailed. There is a $100 fee for filing a complaint.
