BC Transit should have the GPS tracking for buses online in Victoria in the next few months from what I understand. Should make life easier for this, since it does happen. One of the key things to understand is that the posted times for the buses on each stop are estimates, the bus only stops and waits if it's ahead at certain "timing points"
