Jan 22, 2014 · I contacted Bear Roofing about this, they came out and stated that one of the roofers said it might be a plumbing issue. With that said I contacted a plumber, it is exactly that, a plumbing issue. I contacted Bear Roofing to refund me if not all but some of my money, they refused.
