Bedstar contacted me to pick a suitable day in which i made special arrangements to be in all day and take the day off work. The delivery never arrived and i did not recieve any contact to say there would be a delay. I was charged £6 in mobile costs chasing up the delivery the next morning. Firstly, Bedstar.co.uk seem to come up here as slumberland.co.uk also, so check their reviews - please. This company is a first rate rip-off. They will charge you hideous amounts of of money for ‘missed delivery’, which later appears to have not been what you’ve ordered anyway.

My money had been taken by this company 12 days previously (£800). I refused to accept delivery of 1 king mattress as the frame had not arrived. Bedstar now tell me that my refund could be up to 30 days to process. The customer service team are well versed in dealing with complaints & referred me to the T & C's, I had signed to accept.

Apr 28, 2010 · The company I was going to order from, bedstar.co.uk had a price promise, which simply says they'll match anyone elses price, and throw in two free pillows. So I duly found a cheaper price (£70 cheaper), and filled out their form. Today I got home from work and they have replied refusing to match the price > Thank you for your enquiry.
