After writing my 1st review I received a call from Cameron at Bedworld more or less straight away..Apologies were made but what I thought respectable was he admitted the fault was theirs! We discussed new delivery date (within the next couple of days) and he also wavered the cost of taking my old bed (£30) So far I am impressed..

I don't include Powermatic, now known as More Than Mobility, of Leeds, because they are not a bed company, in so far as they do not sell a genuine product.

No need to worry though ordered Tuesday they rang friday to say delivery would be today (monday). Sure enough 10.30am and van pulled up. Lovely mattress and very well packaged. It's now on bed and seems excellent quality. No complaints at all will def use Bedworld again

I bought a bed from the Bedworld.net with the understanding that I shouldn’t pay until the following year. I had no problems with paying for the bed. I was pressured into buying a bed that was very uncomfortable. No one in the family could sleep on it.

Appalling customer service. Appalling customer service, ordered my bed, delivery date arranged to be between 2-6 days, no communication at all from bedworld, had to contact them when the agreed date delivery timescale had lapsed, during the phone call you are connected to an answer phone which puts you on hold for ages, in the end I am told my call can not be taken due to busy operators.

So it looks like there's some sort of unholy alliance between Memflex and Bedworld. Since I'd paid (by Credit Card) I thought I'd just have to wait and see what happens.
