We purchased their "highest quality" Brazilian hardwood cherry flooring in October--out of the 500 sq. ft. we purchased, only 90 square foot could be used--as of December 22nd, we still are awaiting resolution, and still have only a portion of our flooring installed--Christmas on a plywood subfloor for us!
