Bellway customer service is very poor & their response times are painstakingly slow, they often take a few months to even reply to an email, let alone address any concerns .....I have been continually fed with incorrect information & empty promises to rectify one particular issue and this one continuous complaint has spanned 3 years, yet still remains unresolved.
