I was forced to cancel three items I had ordered from Bensons For Beds, as the first delivery all items were broken, and the second delivery they were lost. Despite this utter incompetence, they have STILL CHARGED ME for these items! Had I not checked my online finance account, I would have paid for them.

The process of trying to find the correct bed for us was made more difficult by the salesman, who was a nice man trying to help us, but his knoweledge of the stock and the delivery process for electric beds was not good.His English is not really of a good enough standard so that we could not understand some of the more complex things he said.

We received the new beds in packaging that looked as though it had been dropped or cut and then re taped. As I preceded to open the packaging, it became clear that we had NO fittings for the beds. I contacted benson's for beds to be told that I'd have to wait another week for delivery of these fittings.

Oct 21, 2011 · I decided to google bensons for beds and saw complaints and therefore this has directed me to this site. After reading all the blogs on this company I wish I had been smart enough to google them before buying this mattress as I think I may be in for a world of pain, (not counting the back pain I now have).
