Cruise fare was $80 less on 1/17 invoice but $200 invoice credit for airfare promotion was removed and missing from 1/17/19 invoice. All prior invoices had this promotion and NCL confirmed I was still eligible for promotion. Cruise.com owes and needs to promptly refund me $120 to my credit card.

This company uses deceptive advertising practices. Just completed a cruise where free Signature Beverage Package, $200 onboard credit, and free specialty menu dinner reservation were promised. NONE were delivered. When called from the cruise ship to rectify, Cruise.com said they gave the best price for the suite on the ship and would provide no more.
