Feb 07, 2013 · Every time that i spoke to better bathrooms, all that they wanted were photos or videos of the problems. I'm sorry but not everybody has all the modern digital equipment to do this, and it's so frustating that there is no other way of dealing with genuine customer complaints. All in all, it's rubbish quality from a rubbish company.

Sep 23, 2014 · After experiencing the most shocking treatment from Better Bathrooms myself I believe their "28 day money guaranty" and most claims in their web site are false and misleading. I bough a Shower, a shower tray, a toilet and cistern from Better Bathrooms. I tried to return the goods strait after receiving them (as they didn't fit their purpose).

Brought a bathroom about 8 years from… Brought a bathroom about 8 years from this company, recently had a bespoke shower valve brake down, worried we would have to buy a whole new shower system due to the age of the valve, I contacted Better Bathrooms and they broke down a system that I struggled to do and I managed to get just a replacement valve at a great price.

The doughnut seals connecting the cistern to the toilet were split which in essence is a fault causing water leakage . On contacting the company , after many calls and emails I eventually had a response telling me to send pictures , which I did .
