Ebay allows a seller list the option to give a refund after a certain amount of time. If the seller elects not to all the buyer has to do is file a dispute against the seller and then the seller is basically threatened by Ebay into giving a refund or Ebay will just pay the buyer and charge the seller for it.

This is illegal! I am now frightened to raise a complaint about an item because of fear I might be dicriminated against by other sellers using multiple adentities on there site. I agree with your comments. Ebay hide and make it as difficult as they can for you to contact them. Always speak to them in person & get them to call you back (via the help & contact link at the bottom of most eBay pages).
