Dec 15, 2010 · When I phoned Blooms N Roses to see what happened, I was rudely told that they would investigate. I never heard back from them. The next day, the roses were delivered. Clearly, they were not fresh. The edges of the blooms were black, as though they had been left in a vehicle and stored in sub-freezing temperatures.
