We had similar issues with Bloor Homes. The conservatory in the house is faulty. Bloor Homes hired their own trusted partner to conduct a survey which concluded that substantial amount of work was required to remedy the issue. Bloor Homes are the worst company I've… Bloor Homes are the worst company I've ever had to deal with. 100 plus snags on my new home. There is approximately 50 still outstanding that they refuse to correct. Avoid this company. Don't be fooled by the sudden rush of positive reviews they received at the beginning of April.
