Bluefly are refusing to return my emails and of course the customer service number isn’t “accepting calls”. I’ve returned a shirt that was delivered to them beyond the 7-10 return processing they ask for. This shirt was $300.00. I have emailed them several times and they refuse to answer or even acknowledge my return.

She spoke with a superior who stated she could order the bag for me and give me a $300 and change discount since the price I paid two days prior was less.
