My pre-operative appointments, admission, surgery, and post-operative care was excellent. I was especially impressed by the porters/domestic staff who were universally friendly and reassuring, plus being so tolerant of my post anaesthetic impairment (being slightly incoherent/babbling!)4/5

I was booked in to BMI Woodlands for a simple outpatients procedure, and I could not be more disappointed with the results. My complaints to them gained me a second opinion which was a complete waste of time, and I was told that there was nothing further they could do! £2,500 wasted.

At BMI Alexandra in Cheshire, 51-year-old Amanda Ellams, attended the hospital for a hernia repair in February 2015 and died four days after the operation, having been discharged with low blood oxygen levels.
