Mar 22, 2012 · We in West Seattle have been experiencing constant train whistles and horns all night and all day and it's just beyond irritating. We need the noise pollution to stop. Why do they need to use such loud horns if the sole purpose of them is for safety? You don't need a horn that can be heard 2 miles away to warn someone the train is on the tracks.
