Nov 05, 2015 · Today I was asked by a real estate agent what the body corporate number was for a property I have an interest in one of the units. Funny I thought surely a senior member of the real estate industry should not need to ask me what the number is for one of his listings. I searched on line and found that in Australia there seems to be a register but there does not seem to be one in New Zealand.
