Last bolt bus I took was also 90 minutes late. This time: I have taken bolt bus many times from same location- printed my ticket with the same location listed every single time. I show up, bus tracker says it has left 45 minutes early. Call customer service and they said they are not able to track the bus and do not know where I should go.

Do not book with bolt bus. They canceled my return trip with NO notice (have checked my email inbox and spam folder repeatedly) I sat at the bus stop for 40 min before finally calling customer service and finding out the bus was canceled.

Tlhe stop in Seattle is near the Space Needle so you then need to take a bus or cab to get to the heart of downtown. Amtrak bus (Cantrail) or bolt bus leave from Pacific Station and make virtually no stops other than the border. Both arrive at Amtrak station in downtown or close by for Bolt bus making connections in downtown very easy.
