Bongo participated in the theft of over 700 dollars from my bank account. I have never been a customer of Bongo International, yet they stole my rent money directly from my bank account using my check card number without my permission or knowledge. I am unemployed, so this is a theft from the poor with all its consequences (see Psalm 109).

First Class Service, Impressive Communication, can't fault them. Having seen all the negative reviews, I felt compelled to write. I used Bongo International last week, my first order arrived at their Florida address last Friday, withn 4-days it was on my doorstep in the UK.

Bongo does ship laptops with batteries and Bongo is owned by Fedex. BongoUS replied that ICAO regulations forbid Lithium Ion batteries on passenger flights (cargo is OK) which is true. THEY SHOULD INDICATE THIS ON THEIR LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS before people spend time and money shipping to them.

Bongo International, uses FedEx International Air - this item a collectors pin, which had a box and protective packaging around it. The shipping rate was not for the dimensions of the pin it'self but also for the collectors box and protective packaging.

Don't ever use Bongo International , they come on as an international delivery service but don't give you a price until the receive it at there depot then send you the charge. Had I known how much it would of cost me for a $14.99 plug i never would of ordered it to be delivered in Canada.

I first noticed a problem when Bongo's postage tracker showed my item as being delivered, when it hadn't. I contacted Bongo international on the 2nd October and had a response from (Ashley D), who confirmed that DHL had left the package at the address without getting a signature (which is required).

It used to work, but now , when you emila [email protected], you receive this response:-Hello from Bongo International, We're sorry. The items I hoped to process are rare and unusual. • Do not use Bongo International for any special items. • Do not use Bongo International for any heavy items. • Do not use Bongo International for any items that require a fraction of a brain to pack properly.
