I will never shop with Bonmarche ever… I will never shop with Bonmarche ever again , it seems as if you email complaints to them they just ignore you , they keep items that were to be returned to me and I know have to pay for something I don’t even have. Never had customer service like it and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately I am going to give a negative review. I ordered my item online like normal, got the email updates about delivery, told it was today. I got a message from Royal Mail saying my item had to be returned back to Bonmarche because they had forgotten to put the first line of my address!!! I have wasted my day for nothing.....

Don't trust their reviews. I bought a couple of things online recently and when I reviewed them on their site I was very happy with one but the other was poor quality which I would have returned if I'd had the time to organise. Strange thing - the good review has been published on their site but the poor review is nowhere to be seen.

Pros. because their customers are in the older region, they spend a lot of time teaching about customer service to make there customers feel comfortable and at home in the shop. which means you truly feel like your actually helping customers instead of just manning tills.3/5
