Thanks so much for your responses guys. Read too any horror stories this evening of people getting there and their hotels havent been paid for. Many many complaints on the Better Business Bureau website and employee reviews at Glassdoor seem to indicate that the company may be in financial distress which could account for the unpaid reservations.
