I have been calling and I have been told that Bradlows has approved for the exchange of the bed and someone will contact me regarding the delivery of the new bed. The first complaint was lodged in April 2019 and the second complaint was lodged in January 2020 with reference number MO-SLEEP – 20200108-3428 and I have not yet received the new bed from Bradlows.
