Jan 27, 2010 · This is my 3rd pellet stove and is the worst. I am constantly fixing it. The burn pot where the pellets burn can move just a little bit and then it does not start. When the thermostat shuts off the stove keeps burning. A little more more than a year of owning I had to purchase a new control board for around $400.00. I am on my 4th heating rod.

Jan 28, 2010 · Noticed it doesn’t burn as clean on the lowest setting. I shut down the stove and scrape the burn pot at least 2-3x per week during high use. It does tend to grow clinkers after a couple days no matter the pellet and the hard ash buildup can block some of the burn pot combustion air holes.
