Breeze plus are the worst solicitors I have ever used. I am a landlord and property developer so I require solicitor work on mortgages, remortgages, and selling properties. Breeze plus, and specifically Stephanie Shute have taken over 5 months to remortgage my apartment and I am still awaiting any update at all.

Mar 02, 2018 · Hi Hannah & Jordan, I’m relieved to hear it’s not just me who has had issues with Breeze & Wyles – they made multiple errors during my purchase process and I have had problems with them since completion (too many to list here) and also raised a complaint with the legal ombudsman.

Any complaints to Taylor Rose directly appear to result in a vacuous response. I now have little alternative other than to withdraw from this chain. Dreadful company that I haven’t even instructed but who have had a dreadful impact on mine and my elderly sellers life.

We are now in October, 8 months, 4 case managers, 2 complaints later and breeze plus have still not finished the paperwork or registered the deeds with land registry. Complete incompetence and disinterest from breeze, they may be a cheap option for the lender but they are alienating customers. I will never again use a bank that instructs breeze.
