Neither breezeplus CEO or Santander complaints gave a flying **** about the abysmal service, the former just fobs complaints off and the latter just passes you straight back to Breezeplus...(I am incredibly disappointed with Santander about this)

Had the worst experience with BreezePlus which were appointed by Santander when applying for a new mortgage. Totally inept, unproffesional, unresponsive, rude, slow and inaccurate communications cost us. The two positive reviews left on the thread of reviews are debatable if highly inaccurate in my opinion.

I don't know why HSBC use them, and how they can quote 25 days to complete a new mortgage if they put the cases to Breezeplus. More worryingly they sent out confidential information to the wrong person - I ended up with a strangers bank statements, mortgage application details …

Never ever use BreezePlus. I never leave poor reviews however I felt compelled to do so in the hope that other advisers and customers do not have to go through what has been an absolute nightmare with BreezePlus. They literally do not have a clue when it comes to conveyancing.

From my understanding, Breezeplus is a company used by big lenders when they provide free conveyancing as part of the mortgage. I certainly would not pay for their services out of choice. I found them slow and had to chase consistently.

The noise level is not so bad and is way less then a window unit. I recommend watching youtube videos on the correct way to operate the zero breeze, especially with the battery as the instructions are poor at best. Also from the above one star review there is a simple fix if your drain is not working properly.2.2/5(26)
