Jan 24, 2020 · We sent emails to Breitling customer service and to DI. DI was nice enough and issued a $150 towards the repairs but that does not make us whole. The repair cost is over $1000 for the parts! We have been told that Breitling does not provide customer service to their Authorized Retailers and therefore DI cannot take the watch back.3/5(2K)
