Move South to Bournemouth and one realises that Britannia specialises in buying run down, seedy hotels and running them into the ground. There really ought to be a minimum standard for these hotels and they ought to introduce a law that you pay Britannia after your stay, only what you think it’s worth. Even very cheap deals aren’t worth it.

Jan 24, 2013 · hi we stayed at britannia hotel in october and raised a complaint whilst we were there and followed it up in and wrote a letter of complaint to the manager of the hotel, we have had no satisfaction from the manager and have asked for this to be escalatered to the next level in there complaints procedure, they say that complaints stop at the manager of the hotel.
