Feb 12, 2020 · The pretty sparse email we got from Brittany Ferries basically said 'get to France - Calais' and gave no sense of concern for the 1000s of people affected by this strike. Like Bibs, we recognise that there are times when strike action is necessary to protect staff rights - it is important to note that it was Brittany Ferries management and not the workers who decided to 'tie the fleet'.1/5(3K)

The last time that we sailed Brittany Ferries we had exactly the same problem; that time is was a long strike at Roscoff. All that I can say is that it would be hard to imagine a better handling of the problems incurred by the ferry company who did all that was humanly possible to ease the difficulties for passengers both at Roscoff and at Cork.1/5(3K)

Shame upon Brittany Ferries. Once again, Yet another cancelled sailing, only the 8th for me in 11 months to and from spain. The sooner a competitor sets sail from Spain the better. My self, along with most people I know would turn our backs on Brittany ferries without as much as a second glance .

Firstly I will say that the reason I am reviewing here is because both Brittany Ferries own review site and also Trip Advisor both appear to be filtering out comments that reflect the poor levels of service about Brittany and so those sites cannot be trusted to deliver honest appraisals any longer.

Jan 27, 2020 · This will be the last time we will travel on Brittany ferries not due to the strike or fault with the ferry service but because we feel that due to the sea sickness and the feeling of the tablets to combat the sickness the cost of the return ferry journey its all a bit too much of an effort for 6-7 hours before you've even started your holiday ...1/5(3K)

Brittany Ferries Complaints Handling. I travelled with Britany Ferries occasionally, and I have had no problems with the sailing or services. During our returning voyage an announcement said the sailing is being delayed by 2 hours.
