I've done everything required, I've had patience in that they didn't call me the first 3 times, I've had no follow-up to date, I've called faithfully each month, and endured the phone disconnecting, holding for 1+ hours each time and talking to counselors who tell me something different each time.

They went with the other offer and told us that they weren’t confident that the NACA process would go smoothly and went with the buyer with a more reliable lender. This is why there are complaints. Dec 14, 2011 · Don't use NACA. NACA has so many complaints about their operations and they're for good reasons. NACA claims to fight economic justice and claims they want to help low to moderate income families become homeowners. I was in the program for a little over 2 years.
