Very poor experience with Brussels Airlines. I was prevented boarding an airline to india due to Brussels Airlines saying that the information was incorrect. Staff were incredibly rude and arrogant. They refused to check if their judgement was correct. I had to book with another airline, lufthansa the next day to india.

Brussels Airlines also forgot to tell me that the plane had to make a stop in Kigali, adding three hours to the total flight time. On the way back I was placed in a seat with way too little leg space, which forced me to sit in odd positions during the entire flight. Direct correspondence with Brussels Airlines has so far not resulted in an answer.
