I own a BSNL prepaid mobile no.9416416636. Yesterday i.e on 07.05.2018 at 14:17 pm onwards, an amount of Rs.5/- each for about 2 times has been deducted from the balance amount of the said prepaid mobile no for IVR Trigger contest without my consent.
