May 24, 2013 · The so called "wimax" by BSNL is not really wimax. It's only Wifi at IEEE802.11. Real wimax is 802.16 which gives speeds upto 1Gigabits per second which is the current 4G LTE speeds, it's available in Russia but not in India. Here the so called wimax by BSNL is actually wifi 802.11 which can give a max speed of 7 mbps.

I was facing frequent disconnection in my BB ADSL line, I wrote an online complaint and within no time it got fixed, also I received 3-4 calls from there call center following up the complaint redressal progress.
