I have called complaints department every day and they say the lady who is dealing with my request (Lynn Bailey) will call be back before 5pm…. This is ongoing…. And I don't think Watchdog would be interested - they must get hundreds of complaints about BT each day and it's been that way for years - it's hardly breaking news for them.
