BT was charging me rental and call charges for the last few months until the first invoice from KTC was received. I phoned the company and they said I since I spoken to them and seem interested that formed a contract. After not paying their second invoice KTC told BT to cut our lines.

Whilst there is no suggestion that slamming has taken place there is a suggestion that there is some misrepresentation of the BT brand. No service provider should feel the need to mention BT Wholesale (the big supermarket chains don't tell you who their suppliers are).
