I have called complaints department every day and they say the lady who is dealing with my request (Lynn Bailey) will call be back before 5pm…. This is ongoing…. I have a transcript of all calls made over the last several months noting times and failed promises. Its clear that countless mistakes by BT they have no real complaints department.

I would give them zero for their online customer services department but i believe thats prob a training issue. However when things go wrong and you contact CEO level, well its the james bond of customer services. Had serious email issues went on for almost 2 weeks b4 higher level help stepped in and BOOOOOM 2 calls and its sorted.
