I would give them zero for their online customer services department but i believe thats prob a training issue. However when things go wrong and you contact CEO level, well its the james bond of customer services. Had serious email issues went on for almost 2 weeks b4 higher level help stepped in and BOOOOOM 2 calls and its sorted.

The complaints procedure doesn't work. I've raised telephone complaints four times, sent three letters and numerous emails. I've also used Twitter to get attention which led to the social media officer requesitng electronic versions of my letters. She said she's sent them to the correct team but I hold no hope. BT are the worst at customer service.
