Apr 25, 2014 · Last night as an example, there must of been about 8 to 10 Teens hanging out at the front door, yelling, screaming, carrying on. And causing quite the disturbance. I called bylaw at 11:30 pm with a noise complaint. At 12:30 am, bylaw called back asking if there was still a disturbance. Told them yes, and was told he would drop by.
