I went to the Cablevision service center to trade in my malfunctioning dvr box. I was told that there was a new service called DVR Plus. It sounded great. Best of all was it was FREE! I asked 3 times if it was in fact free. I was assured that it was. Today I got my bill and saw a $10.95 charge for DVR Plus.
