We did the complaint when we first moved in and Canada Post contacted us directly and told us they had spoken to the mailman and told him to be more careful.

May 19, 2008 · My mailman is lazy and worthless. Once last year my husband ordered 2 pairs of pants from a stores website. We had the tracking numbers and kept track of where the package was etc. When the usps website said the package was delivered and we hadn't received them we called and called and called the post office and just kept getting the run around.

Canada Post continues it’s poor service. I had a package sent to me from the USA and was shipped with guaranteed delivery date. It got to Canada lightning speed and tracking a day early but once it got to Canada Post that’s when service became brutal.

Oct 14, 2005 · If you are certain that it is always the same carrier, then complain to the supervisor. Be polite and cordial. I'm not sure what the rules are in the US, but, in Canada, you can't really complain that your mail comes at different times of the day, since the PO does not have an obligation to deliver at the same time. (Even if it is suspect.)
