Jan 19, 2012 · Capital City bank charged my husband $35.00 overdraft on his account for an ATM transaction that was done at their bank when there were sufficient funds in the account. After the transaction he had $10 in the account and now they don't want to give back the $35.00 fee.

Cons. I had the opportunity of working for Capital City Bank in Tallahassee, FL (company’s headquarters) and in the Macon, GA market. There is a night and day difference between the two - I would never suggest someone work for CCB in the Macon market.5/5(48)
